Rugby Club

After decades of dreaming and fundraising, the Wisconsin Rugby Sports Complex (WRSC) broke ground on its Clubhouse in May, 2021. The WRSC is a Championship level facility, offering locker rooms, training facilities, referee rooms, a banquet hall, and balcony viewing overlooking two full sized pitches.

The Wisconsin Rugby Sports Complex is the thriving home to our MUR member rugby clubs – Youth Flag through Senior Club. It’s also one of the country’s best competitive athletic grounds, welcoming other community athletic events such as hurling, soccer, and bicycling.

MUR strives to make the WRSC the premier rugby location in the midwest.  The current 8,000 sq ft, two-story Clubhouse is the result of a decade of careful planning from rugby community leaders. The Clubhouse 2020 capital campaign was a truly grassroots community effort on the part of the members, supporters, and friends of the Madison United Rugby family of teams.
